School will be closed to all pupils tomorrow (5th January 2021)
Following tonight's announcement school will be closed tomorrow FOR ALL PUPILS, please note this includes breakfast club, vulnerable pupils and pupils of key workers.
In line with the Government directive, vulnerable and key worker children will be able to access school provision as soon as we have made plans for this.
In order to facilitate this, if you are a 'Critical Key Worker' please return the letter given out today by 10.00am tomorrow Tuesday 5th January 2021.
Class teachers will contact their pupils as soon as possible with further instructions regarding home learning.
We understand that this is a very difficult time for our families and children, and we will do our upmost to support everyone over the coming weeks.
We will endeavour to provide you with further information as soon as it becomes available.
Sorry for any inconvenience.
Kindest regards,
M Proctor
Headteacher
Dear Parents/Carers,
Apologies for the late message, we have been keeping an eye on the national news throughout the weekend.
At this moment in time, school remains open tomorrow. We ask you to adhere to all of the health and safety measures that have been put in place by school, these include:
• Staggered start and end times/areas for each class
• Social distancing at least 2m
• Wearing a face mask
• Only one parent attending site
• Only attending site when necessary
We can assure you that we will be adhering to health and safety rules in school by maintaining very tight discrete class bubbles, where there will be no movement of pupils between bubbles. We will also be continuing with very stringent hygiene routines.
We look forward to welcoming the children back tomorrow.
Many thanks,
M Proctor
Headteacher
